Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

AT&T has made its employees focus on how to survive

I know if it was my company, I would want my employees to be focused on getting the job done, customer satisfaction, etc....AT&T has made its employees focus on how to survive, anger, rumors and fear. Let's all collaborate around that water cooler and figure out how we won't get hit in the next round cuz rhats so productive. So very sad.

Well, I think this guy ( @XnUKcem-dew ) summed it up well in these few sentences. Hope he doesn’t mind the repost.

Should I put The following on my resume: COLLABORATES AND PIVOTS well?

As we have said over & over, the idea of collaboration is a joke. No one bumps into someone in the hallway & says hey, I have this great idea for a new project. Look at the faces of the people you see in the office-that tells the story of the morale. You can't make people embrace something that they don't believe in. No one wants to live in constant fear of losing their job, being constantly monitored via badge swipes and reports.

You will still get your bonus if you were cut on Monday. My husband was cut and was told he will still be getting his bonus

I feel we should be focusing on Layoffs and how to help each other get through layoffs and avoid mistakes. Dwelling on RS is not productive . IMO
