Wow, Direct TV and Direct TV now were suppose to be the bees knees. I left when they bought direct tv on my own choice mostly because the tech market is hot where I live and i found a job that pays more but when I left those two were gonna save the comapny and Uverse was c-ap and they were not selling it. LOL - payback is a bxxch isn't randy and johhnny.

If it wasn't for wireless att would be bankrupt.

I cut the chord recently on DIRECTV when I lost my employee discount and got my retiree 20% discount. There was no attempt to retain me or try to place me in a lower costing package. The feeling I got is, AT&T wants DIRECTV to fail.

AT&T needs to sell its old pipeline businesses and let someone who wants them run them. Randy can then focus on being a media kingpin and running his media business into the ground with his 19th century telecom management style.
