I read this today and thought it fits AT&T perfectly:

Emphasis on the last one.
Total BS. I am 62 and had just shy of 40 years. left on 4/6/18 and hired 5/16/18 with a fiber optic company.
So sad, but true.
Globalism. Has created a drive to the bottom in terms of wages and working conditions.
If they are seeking that then they can pick any one, they wont get more than one consistently. Wisdom ALWAYS come with age and experience.
