How many collaboration zones are there and what are the locations?

I’ve worked at AT&T for 31 years. 14 years at 2nd level. In 2018 I personally was responsible for a change that saved over $300,000 in billing. I won’t go into details because I don’t want to be identified. That was real money in savings because of a project I thought up on my own. I’ve always been rated at the top level.
Yesterday I was told to expect my annual review and was instead told that I was to be surplused because I don’t work in a collaboration zone. How will those people in the collaboration zone going to collaborate with me when I’m gone? Are they somehow better off without me?
This lay-off is about getting older people (who are more likely to be outside a zone) off the payroll. They also want to get rid of some buildings. I work from home with other people who mostly work from home. I’m in a group of over 30 people and my ratings every year are extraordinary impact or far exceeds. Hey AT&T, why do you keep saying we all need to be preparing ourselves for 2020 when you’re laying off people because of how old they are or where they live? You do know that just people do your useless training just so you can brag about how high tech your workforce is, right?
Has anybody actually learned anything in the training?
You already know who will be laid off next. Tell them. And, please, stop sending me emails with the You Matter subject line.

@tag: Correct. The Chicago CZ includes Schaumburg. The Atlanta CZ includes Alpharetta. The Dallas CZ includes Plano. And so on.
You have the major zones then sub zones. If you are located within a building in another city that lies within xx (50 I think) of a major zone and has more than xx employees (50-75) then you are considered "in the zone". There are internal docs that state this.
Seattle is a CZ, not Bothell.
i'm craft. they are not picking up a multi billion dollar building i help maintain and moving it to a collab zone. i am not going to worry about it at all. no control, no input, i will either have a job or not in the future based on an arbitrary choice by an accountant. no stress. no worries.

I don't know. I wouldn't be surprised if testing centers, network operations centers, etc get consolidated as well if not relocated to GA.
