Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Reset and Reboot The BOD and C-Level Ranks

Downvote if you don’t like but here is my two cents: Stephenson is lost, he’s way over his head and he’s losing control of the situation on the ground. He’s incompetent, period and as an AT&T shareholder I would like to see him out.

Yet, our board of directors has been set up in such a way that they have no say, have no courage and have no people capable of DEMANDING any change.

Again, as an AT&T shareholder, AT&T employee, and AT&T customer I see Stephenson as the main culprit for our current woes, things will not improve unless he’s removed from the helm. Reset the board, refresh the ranks over there and get a new CEO who can manage an enterprise of this size.

I tried searching on Ed Whitacre's children, and Randy's wife... and there is absolutely no info on the internet about either one in terms of their Family... like its been scrubbed

First step transfer your stock from the ATT stock fund to a self directed account in your 401k so you can vote your shares. Second step put forward a vote to remove bad CEO. We can form a website to mobilize all employee shares and get it done.

Randall is not Ed's son in law.

For the future of this company, its shareholders, its customers, and its employees, Randy and the Johns and the other incompetent clowns at the top need to go. ASAP. Without their golden parachutes.

He shouldn’t have survived the T-Mobile debacle. Since he did he’s in until he wants to retire.

1000% agree

Randy’s legacy in 10 years...

T-Mobile debacle the turned them from an also ran into a thorn in Ts side

Acquire companies in declining lines of business

Acquire companies that underperform in their market after acquisition

Acquire massive levels of debt

Drive stock price down

The BOD needs to do their job and can him and his direct reports and bring in a new CEO

Randy is Ed’s son in law. There is some shady stuff going on here. Randy should have never been made CEO.

Look at the stock price the past eleven and a half years of Randall's tenure as CEO. Not good. Why Ed Withacre ever elevated Randall is a complete mystery. The man is a complete clown show.

Well, the shareholders get to vote at the annual meeting. They could choose to not reelect Randall to the Board of Directors, which would send a clear message. But, Randall is the devil we know - do we want to take a chance on the devil we don't know?

Right now, T is still paying and hiking its dividend. Randall is gone the moment the dividend looks threatened.

I completely agree with you on the BOD, Randy and his minions. Time for them to get the boot.
