Yes. The folks in our group impacted were notified via phone. Interestingly they are the most SENIOR people in the group.
@ktc, I'm the ATO TW worker that is safe but lost a friend, he got a call from his boss telling him he was cut. I asked my boss over Q and he told me all his team was safe.
How are you getting to know you are safe? Email or call from boss or q from boss?

ATO, I'm safe - full time TW more than 50 miles from CZ.
But a friend got cut, he's in another org inside ATO, works in my town but is FOW that never went to office. Not sure if that mattered or not.
ATO..I am safe and more than 50 miles from collab zone. At least for this round. FTW but was not yet told this will change. Good luck everyone.

It has started in the Midwest. Some work groups have already been told by third AM. Buckle up
My bosses are on Texas time, other group members aren’t. Bosses in at 9 am, guessing they may wait until Pacific time people (everyone in are group) are ‘in’ before making calls.
Not much is likely to happen until the west coast opens for business.
