The latest I ready is two weeks for every year of service to a maximum of six months .
That's old news and this is nothing like that. If AT&T would offer something similar (voluntary with 3 weeks pay for every year of service, capped at 60 weeks) there would be a mass exodus. I'd lead the way.
Major difference. Verizon was voluntary with up to 60 months of severence.
I am hearing the AT&T offers will be similar to Verizon and exceed 8% and my group is hearing words like "big", Not trying to create fear but to pas on what I am hearing
