First of all let me say that i feel for the people that were let go. Hope that you all bounce back and I certainly hope that you are aware of the fact that this had nothing to do with you.
The truth is that people that were let go today are going to be in a better position in the long run than the rest of us that got to stay at T. Some will find better job, some will retire some will seek their fortunes elsewhere. Those of us who are still here will face the full extent of a company that’s changing in its essence, with a constant fear of restructuring, which will be a constant state until they get it right, if they get it right.
