Mobility Wireless Technicians?
If so, any idea what the metrics they're looking at?

Poster @kiw is correct, they were using seniority last time around
They had a Uverse layoff 2 years ago and didn't necessarily go by seniority. They looked at numerous things including seniority, sick days, efficiency numbers, return rate, etc...
