If I make rule 75 before the off payroll date does that entitle me to full retirement benefits?

If you qualify. Depends on your original hire company. Lots get nothing to retire.
54 yoa with 21 years o f service . Will be 55 on 5th h of Feb. IF off payroll date is 30 to 60 days am I eligible for pension benefit?
There is management vs craft, there is benefits (insurance) vs pension, there is the MODIFIED rule of 75 which is not age plus years equal 75, there is which company did you hire in under. You obviously have no idea what you are doing....Call benefis
And again, call benefits to confirm. You have not provided enough information for anyone to give you the correct answer. And telling your lawyer that someone on the layoff page told me....
Your pension will not be as large as if you had 30 years, but you will stay on the company's medical plan.
You will get whatever level of annuity up to that point, but you can start drawing on that immediately upon losing your job. That is the glory of hitting that number.
