Network Managers

Curious how colobaration zones and hubs will work with Network managers who have techs? I’m a network manger in C & E and haven’t gotten any good answers.

Monday the 28th and something is going down from now until then to the point where region wide call scheduled for Wednesday now just announced Thursday or Friday and seeing that this is typically only a monthly, sometimes bi-monthly call looks like something will need to be addressed by diretor level management. I’ve heard (no real knowledge) that having techs is one of the safer spots to be right now. And as far as 25 techs per, that’s really putting a load on, in my area right now each manager has about 17 each and that covers a very large footprint.

All a numbers game, they want at least 25 technicians reporting to a 1st line. I.E. 8 first lines and a 100 technicians - 4 will be gone.

A lot of employees will find out our fate on a Monday. HR will be calling individuals.

Let alone what about the Tech Dev members that are contractors overseas - how can you be collaborative then?

OP, you don't have an answer because it's nonsense, but I think you know that.

Customer facing chain of command managers will not be required to move to a CZ. That's a statement from the fireside chat. The puzzle to figure out is if your role considered customer facing.
