Do we have any % for management mobility in northeast that will be surplus wireless employees this year?

Will Mobility techs be affected as well?

Mobility has been hammered with surplus events the last few years and will continue to be, starting on Monday. Technology, profitability, etc. has nothing to do with any of this...wake the heck up.
Fzo is correct. I’m in Mobility and will be notifying folks on Monday that they will be part of the surplus. There is no part of the company that won’t be touched in the layoffs this year.

I'm not hearing about any problems with wireless, although there is a concerted effort to automate the network. But that is AT&T in general. There will be the usual effort to streamline and so forth.

It is the Entertainment component, that includes Direct TV, Now, residential telephone, internet, etc that has declining income contributing towards AT&T Inc., which is a self-described holding company of several subsidiaries.
So, automation will create redundancies, but the big problem is in the component that has income that will approach or go below $0.00 if nothing is done.
It is not one company. It is a holding corporation, with many subsidiaries.
