She's chipper about the millions she's pulling down. Like all the rest of top management, she could not possibly care less about morale, and she and her cronies don't have to deal with the byzantine "transformation", so what does she care. She goes home to Marin, buys ugly clothes, and polishes her oversized veneers.
Isn’t the stagecoach driver in an orange jumpsuit? Seems fitting given the bank’s criminal history
They should just cut the whole marketing department and use outside agencies for everything. At this point the systems and processes are so cumbersome it takes 5 months to get an email done internally. My marketing group keeps adding more, and more, and more new bodies to do nothing. How is that efficient or effective?
i love how they picked the Red horse of the apocalypse for the new logo.
How Moldafsky got away with implementing this ludicrous, devisive Marketing model is beyond me and many others. NO OTHER COMPANY USES THIS STUPID MODEL! I watch her on stage during Town Halls, her goofy grin and laugh, and wonder what she's so darn chipper about -- her "strategy" has killed team morale. And more cuts are coming.
I'm so glad our execs are giddy with their poor leadership and truckloads of $$$. NOT!
This is Wells Fargo - hoping you’ll forget all about what we did and believe us when we say we’re looking out for you.
Lipstick on a pig is still one.
I can't believe Moldafsky still has her job. She has spent millions tearing apart the marketing dept. and totally destroying morale.
Apparently the "re-established" campaign failed -- more millions wasted. The new logo is ugly, the new colors are garish, and neither will make the public forget the two million fake accounts or people losing their HOMES due to a "computer glitch",
