All staff type positions to be forced to collaboration zones and then cut. Get as many people to retire as possible before surplus.

One cannot update their workplace address in web phones, it requires permission that a select few people have
@1tkg - my home address is in my wephone profile. As an FOW I had to provide it as an alternate mailing address.
In regards to people working from home with WEBPHONE addresses showing in Plano or anywhere, that is not their physical home address. It’s the address of the closest office or corporate store to their house. In the Dallas Metro Area there are dozens office buildings that are not marked AT&T and that no one knows about. The WFH people just pick one to use and that is their official company address. NO personal address is in WEBPHONE or anywhere beyond a need to know LEVEL. Confidential.
@1fiv: How exactly were you looking at that information? Webphone doesn't expose home addresses.
There are so many people working from home or in non-collaboration zones with a Dallas, Plano etc. address in the system it is comical.....co-workers and I were looking at it today and cracking up...so much for COBC..Management has to sign-off on these updates also....

FOWs that never report to work or show up for a few hours and then leave.
How about people who work at one location and their reporting location is different?
Both are COBC issues.
