As an out of work Wall Builder, I think you may be on to something 1fuu.
I'm starting to think the wall is just a distraction. American corporations are quietly laying off and outsourcing thousands of jobs, while the news media focuses on walls, Putin, and China.
Putin never converted 2500 employees to Infosys temps. China had nothing to do with Verizon laying off a few more thousand...
How about consumer groups.any more layoffs in US or India in the upcoming months before 2.0?
2 weeks per full year of service with a max of 35 weeks was the standard, but it can be changed at the company's whim.

It might help if HuffPo was an actual news media organization and not a propogranda mouthpiece.
I am sorry for all those affected. This just shows that layoffs will continue and clearly no further VSPs needed except for union employees due to strict labor contracts.
