This is a question that I address to the rebadgers that took the Infosys offer when it was presented, of course, if there are any on this board. I refused the offer so, just out of curiosity I would like to know what are the people that rebadged facing. What are the challenges? Is it as bad as they said it would be? I appreciate any info.

An honest week’s pay for an honest day’s work.
I hear they're well-respected and a large employer... in India?
The person tagged to replace me has access to NOTHING.
@XfhA9u1-1mew So no working lomg hours but putting 8 hrs on the timesheet like we did for the past couple of years? :)
It is not good.
yep access issues galore, most of it is petty nonsense from all angles in particular Verizon security and Infosys management who is afraid to do anything that would question Verizon and put them on the spot. It's like they wh--ed themselves out to this project and won't do anything to make it better for themselves. Also they are hell bent on keeping the costs low and don't want anyone working overtime or 'after hours' which goes against most everything people have done for the past 15 years, which has been working crazy hours to meet unreasonable deadlines, so I guess if people do in fact get their lives back it isn't all that bad but I can't imagine the big checkmark will allow slippage.
I declined the offer, but several of my colleagues accepted. After 3 weeks, there are still access issues to many of the tools they need to do the job. All of this should have been worked out with security BEFORE this deal was ever signed. The 12/31 date was all about getting people off payroll, whether they could continue to work or not. It's a cluster.
@XfhA9u1-kzh part of the problem seems to be working on the same old project now with no prod access and away from other stakeholders.
Working in a different project may have been better
it s---s but it's a good learning experience and a resume booster as well as the signon bonus. Gets you away from Verizon a bit to see things in a different light, but if it doesn't improve with all of the nonsense, people will be bailing for sure after 6 months.
Great since your not here !
Like pigs are lured to slaughter houses, so works the bonus for INFOSweatshop.
I can tell it's better than Verizon.treatment is good enough🏌 joining bonus is a good part. Excellent exposure.
