For those who stay, when STI numbers are coming out and what are your predictions? 100%? 80%

I volunteered for the VSP the day it became available and was denied. If I get less than 100% payout I'll be p-ss-d.

There Are None So Blind As Those Who Will Not See. The STI is based on performance in meeting goals set for 2018. A major reorg became necessary when objectives were not met and new objectives needed to be set. I see 75% STI, maybe 80% as best case scenario. I do see however 2019 STI to be 100% or more.

Hard to tell. My guess is that is will be over 100%, but not sure how much. In the last 5 years, it's only been above 100 once and that was in 2013. It was 110%. In 2015 it was right at 100%. The other three years were below 100%.

Over 100% to assure those that remain, you chose correctly. 100% and below with everyone knowing those who left got the same or more. That would be the dying breath of a very visible Canary.

New CEO so, 50 to 150. But, as a management employee who hopes that new CEO sees this or at least understands, you get what you pay for.

Those who left via the VSP will receive 100% STI for 2018 and for 2019.Therefore anything less than 100% for those who stayed is an insult.

Wasn't the number 80% 3 out of the last 6 times? Last year, given VSP disruptions, Oath disaster, Wireline declines, STI can easily be as low as 65% or 70%. I do not see an upside of a single percent above 80%. Walmart's stock was skyrocketing not because the company was giving their employees extra compensation. VSPers will fare well at 100% and will leave feeling good. The remaining employees are simply stuck with low payouts until new targets are met for 5G. 2.0 does not even start until 4/1.

To clarify 2% meant as dividend increase not as total dividend

Let's get real: we know the company had saved billions in taxes yet gave a measly 2% on the dividend. The VSP caused significant disruptions to the work place (read lost productivity). The wireline numbers were not good and they continued in that direction. Oath was a blunder and resulted in 4.5B charge. If things were going so well, why a major reorg. that the company has not seen in over a decade. Please tell me why the STI would be any higher than 75% or 80% notwithstanding the good wireless numbers. While the stock price is decent, it is reflecting future performance whereas the STI will reflect past year's performance. Enough said?
