This whole "colaboration" situation and people being called to the offices along with the possible layoffs provoked the high performers to start looking for other options. Think that no one will stay to see what happens and that anybodey who has an option and whos skills are in demand will be looking for somthing else.

I’ve already got job interviews lined up and I haven’t started looking yet. All of them pay 50% more than T. I’m not waiting for the surplus. Done.
I figured it was time to stop complaining and move on. They won’t miss me. My coworkers will, they are like family to me. I’ll miss them too.
And who wants to spend the best years of their lives working in an environment like this any way? There is a strong job market out there right now, really no reason to stay here.
I might say it another way, what employee wants to work for a company (and upper management) they can’t trust!
Can't blame them. Who wants to work for a company that doesn't trust their own employees?
