Being able to work from home is a major factor for many. Very few companies allow it. WF never really did until they realized it was one of the only draws for employees and candidates after the scandals. When you switch jobs, you often get a higher salary (e.g., new role at higher pay scale). And raises at most companies are relatively flat (just like WF). The bonuses at WF are high, assuming they continue to pay them (big question mark given current environment).
The major differences currently (emphasis on currently) are company reputation/morale and ability to work remotely. For many, the latter benefit outweighs the former pain point for now (or until you're laid off -- and who knows what the market will be like then). Not easy choices, depending on your circumstance.
