Same nonsense, different day. If wf was an concern patient, it would be stage 4. Years of “leadership” promoted on numbers that were fudge at best and fraudulent at worst has metastasized throughout the company. Even an outsider can’t fix this mess. For once it may actually make sense for government to get involved and break it up. That’s the only solution.

Cut the cr*p and bring in a REAL leader. How much B.S. are employees supposed to put up with?

And now mgt is taking a different tack -- the "best defense is an offense" approach. They are showing blatant intolerance to anyone who isn't effusively positive and glowing with pride for WF. It's disgusting. It's like mgt a agreed they are sick of feeling ashamed and decided to attack the very team members who feel dejected. How does mgt sleep at night???

WF betrays its loyal team members and expects us to say thank you with a big smile as mgt feeds us even MORE sh*t and dessimates our 401K match? You have some nerve.

WF leadership is appalling. Get a better playbook, you unethical ssholes! We're sick and tired of this crp.

I believe the last poster. Wells is trying to run the same play as last time. After Stump bombed the grilling, the hope was to replace him and lay all the blame at his feet. That way Wells could say “under new management” and move on easier. Now we know that more scandals followed and something needed to be done. Now it’s Tim’s turn. I don’t buy the whole “we have full support and faith of Tim Sloan” line we get from the board. Behind closed doors they all want an outsider, the problem is who is qualified and how much will they charge to take on such an undertaking. Being that any qualified candidates will already be in a executive compensation package that pays based on a yearly performance that person will expect to be paid/ bought out of their current role. Below is an article that shares some insights on this. Take note of the USB convert who required 60 million upfront to come over. Wells knows an outside candidate is going to cost A LOT.

He's going to get fired very soon since the last time he's testified it's been more scandals and layoffs as predicted by Elizabeth Warren.

With the revelation in the NY Times article that employees say the company hasn't changed his argument that it has will not be believed.

Drinking game! Every time he says “Help our customers succeed financially” or “Vision and values” everybody does a shot.
