Retail

Well, wonder how long until COR Retail takes the hit? Agents and National Retail has screwed up the rest so I guest leave it to them....

There has been so little hiring in some parts, plus surpluses, of the business that 20 years has you on the bottom of the schedules. I believe that most people knew when they started they would have to work their way up but there is no up. A more senior person leaves, there is no replacement.

Sharky get f---ed. I have three kids because i wanted them. I also wanted work life balance when i signed up for T many years ago. So i left for a company that provided that, and much better pay.

I’m in COR Retail and I’m sure the ax is coming around again- plus they’re having us Managers go to AR stores twice a month to “Ignite Video”- basically to train the AR folks how to actually sell & to take our jobs when they close down our stores. The new stores they’re adding are all Pop Up or AR in my area. We used to have great Area Managers- but they’ve moved on and the new batch are worthless-

At least in the San Diego area we seem to have a good Area Manager.. She’s currently running 2 districts, fixing the mess Jesse made & holding it together. We’re probably doing well since we just opened 2 more stores.

We already did. They cut the 2nd ASM in the PNW at least. So I quit. Can’t work closing shifts with 3 little kids who have a 8:30 bedtime.
