I would assume they are taking just enough appointments to cover available techs on the board. However at one time there was a lot of fallout on these orders. Probably not willing to overcompensate based on historical data to limit OT. Would rather have techs go home than possibly schedule possible OT. Center comes in and sees the actual load and lets the Mgr know first thing how many techs are actually needed. I know some Prem techs who are p-ss-d because they are no longer getting 30-40 hours a week OT.
Oh well. IBEW 21 can just organize a few more CNA’s at nursing homes to make up for the lost monthly dues from prem techs to keep their own corrupt operation going.
I knew something was up because my cusomters tell me they waited 20 days for the install. Management is sending guys home before the shift starts and techs are taking it.
F--- 21,f--- Paul, he is in bed with the company, this last contract was a joke no strike clause again and health insurance increase 100....f--- 21
What does standing in solidarity mean? Can I take a guess? Does it mean shifting healthcare costs down to the member, so we're all in solidarity paying for healthcare? Genius for the employer!
Local21 pushed to bring contractors in as members, organizing or something like that, now they're trying to save one member over another?
This is exactly why I left the company. Constantly treated poorly, wondering if they will have a job for you next week. I make less money now, but I am much happier where I work. If they offer a sipp, take it and leave. It’s not what your worth, but better than nothing! It won’t get any easier for you if you stay. And there isn’t a retirement waiting for you down s**t mountain either!
