As a manager, I received a bonus every year going back to 2011. The way I read the FAQ for displaced team members, if you were eligible for an incentive plan, they will pay you out on the same day as everyone else. Which happens to be tomorrow. I’ve received no information about this and HR was of no help other than confirming what was said in the FAQ. They actually pointed me to my prior manager, but I don’t feel comfortable starting that conversation. How hard is it for them to just tell me, I know they know whether or not I’m going to have a direct deposit tomorrow AM.
The way I’m reading it is they owe me my bonus, and if they don’t, I’ll have a case against them as it’s been part of my total compensation for years and nothing changed. The only way I shouldn’t get one is if the entire business line didn’t, which i know isn’t the case.
Anyone with any experience on this?
I was let go 8 months into 2018, and my severance ended early February. I was expecting something like 67% of the target since I worked 8 of 12 months last year. Guess I’ll be staying up til midnight to be really happy or p-ss-d off.
