What's the point of managers at AT&T? Seriously, if a guy has no idea how to do the work he is supposed to be supervising or managing, he has no place being in that position in the first place.

1st and 2nd level managers are no more than supervisors being told what to do from above. There is only 1 leader as designed when using top down management. Orders flow in one direction.
