2 IT VPs were fired but not IT CIO yet. Lot of discussions around they favored vendor companies. Truth is Shankar Armugavelu and Vivek Gurumurthy favored Infosys.
All IT VPs should be fired except 1 or 2 and most of the ED's and D's. Hire or Promote managers or get them from outside. IT has become worse with VZ 2.0 changes.
We should have Authentic Leaders with highest Ethics, and Integrity in any company. These guys are f---ing a--holes.
If they have any blood….all these Sambhar leadership should take moral responsibility and leave this great company. They ran the mafia too long with the emergency of office in Chennia…, and have India pleasure trips to their home town at the expense of company. Go back and check the travel history. There is a VP in Dallas who was favoring Infosys and few other small vendors even though skill set of vendor resources were very bad. There were complains about VP on Harassment and favors but in VZ HR is spineless. CIO will find some bakras n fire those like it happened now. It's not strange for VZ IT on this topic.
We should move on as VZ Employees. There is no point in discussing this topic.
