Union caters to the do nothings
Union tells hardworkers there is no overtime unless do nothings can get ot too
Management in bed with union. But top management doesnt realize half the techs dont like the union

@ygv : agree 100% . What do we get thru the union ? NOTHING ! Other unions handle members medical or a savings acct , this place does nothing except spend our money on bad candidates .
The CWA us and has always been the Company's tool. They take money out of your pocket every week and give you nothing in return.
No overtime= no work getting done
