Post your Rating and Raise by BU

I’m wondering how the raises will impact the work force after Corp Tax Reform.

ATO, Extraordinary, 1.9%. I'm kind of p-ss-d. The company decided where I live is suddenly N1 when it was N2 last year. So it knocked me from the 2nd quintile to the 4th. Did anyone else have a random market zone change? Wondering if the company has found a new tactic to deflate salaries going forward?

Would it be an HR violation if my supervisor had someone else deliver my TRS to me today? Considering my rating, salary, and other personal info is on that document, I would guess it is - but nothing surprises me here anymore. Oh by the way - 1.499999%

My guess is that (in ATO at least) we won’t be releasing the compensation letters until the end of the week. In The time I can remember, we always released the compensation letters after the A&D deadlines. The 28th is the deadline for the A&D completions. So, we may not have the letters until 3/1 (Friday).

Raises are per the budget. not the tax relief bill. Tax relief bill is to help us shareholders with increased dividends and buy backs. Employee raises will be as they have for years with prolly a 2-3% increase budget at Director level. Those on bottom end of the scale will see a little better than those in the top half or midline of the scale.

Jelly and Rhubarb! Dang, you be lucky! We got some pickles, sauerkraut, and fish sauce. I swear there are some sardines in there too.

No details yet but we were told to expect less due to the current state of the business. So much for that nice tax cut...

Silence in ATO with regard to compensation so far. Not expecting much.

I’ve heard rumors that raises are going to be in the 1-2% range this year. Haven’t seen anything yet
