I left the company last Sept due to layoff and was wondering if there will be a bonus this year? AT&T has always given one with all the years I was there but I am concerned they may not give one this year due to all of their debt. Can anyone tell me, and others that were laid off, if there will be a bonus? Or any info you have at this time? Thanks. I was a 1st level and we got 10% of our salary and then the company decided if it was a certain % i.e. 100% 110% or 80% etc. Thanks

Mine is 88% of 9% = 7.92%

Believe it will be prorated depending on how long you were on the payroll this past year. At least that is what I was told. You will get one at the payout rate but if you were let go in September you should get around 75% of what you would have gotten if you had been on the payroll through the end of the year.
