They don't even know how they got to those numbers. Fraud was causing DTV Now numbers to be blown out of proportion. Check out what went down in Hawaii. It actually was going on all around the country, only Hawaii was the ones who came out and said something.

Not an official federal investigation. A law firm with a track record of class action suits is looking under rocks, trying to build a case that the current drop in stock price & company value is a conspiracy. Ambulance chasers really.
