Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Who is replacing laid off workers?

Considering the reputation Wells Fargo has built about how it treats its employees - and how easy it is for management to throw them under a bus when they need to save their own behinds - how is the bank able to get any new employees to join?

Seriously, who in their right mind would voluntarily join Wells Fargo after everything that's happened?

Wells is having a hard time recruiting talented employees. This will get worse after bonuses are paid and people hand in their resignation. WF HR recruiting team is one of the worse. They are slow, don’t communicate and generally don’t care to let people know what’s happening with a candidates job posting. The fight for the best talent will leave WF in the dust

When I left Wells Faro there was alot of jobs being moved over to EGS. I don't think Wells Fargo cares if they can find any state side workers. It's all about keeping costs low and shipping those jobs overseas.

Q: Who would accept a job at WF now?

A: Other people laid off from other companies... those desperate for a job.

As desperate as we are to leave, they are desperate to work.
