Can some help explain how to read the ADEA report. I assume selected are that are leaving and not selected are those that made it thru this round. How does that correspond to the affected workgroup number?

Everyone at ATT is over 40yes old. There’s no young employees to fire!
And?, what benefit your cause, knowing that you were impacted? Use your energy to find s new job instead.
Everyone selected on my list was 40 to 65 and I received it the day before my last day.
Look at your ADEA report.
Start with the top description and look for any mispelled words. Those are placed there to help trace them back to the source if you should share yours with the public.
Yours will have a specific "Business Case" number. I compared mine to another person's and saw theirs had about 330 rows of titles while mine had only 169. These things are rigged with some specific data in an attempt to make it look "fair". So far all I see is that they have a huge focus on the 40 to 65 age group.

The affected workgroup number is some arbitrary internal index. It doesn’t stand for any kind of headcount or force impacted from what I can tell.
