Not stuff competition as McElfy suggests. AT&T is arguably in the best position to be successful but you need leaders who know how to execute. I didn’t agree with either DTV or TW purchase but come on .. the fact that the stock is still on the decline is a joke. When will Randy be fired? Bring back Ralph. At least he had some sort of vision.

And the Board is selected by institutional investors that hold 55% of the stock. When they get tired of the flat-line stock price, lack of growth, and eroding market share, they will act.

Actually it is both. The economy is indeed screwed up. It's rigged so that people like RS make 30 million and we don't, even though he does real damage. But let's not forget RS made some very bad decisions that we are paying for. So, yeah, it's the job too.

I don't understand how the Board is OK with this strategy. L1-4 employees are focused on delivering what is asked by the Officers. If they are making bad decisions, punish them. Don't let them cut the employees that are more than capable of delivering THE RIGHT SOLUTIONS. None of your L1-3 are empowered the course-correct for the missteps of their leadership,
