Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Apparently she has a bulk of experience auditing big banks so we'll see, but the fact she reports to the CEO who has been accused of misconduct himself is a red flag.

I don't really think WF should be hiring people with a name like 'scam'mahorn. It's like an addiction, scam is in their blood. Any Scam and WF is on it! :)

The last exec hired was sent a warning letter by the OCC for his "dereliction of duties" and misconduct in ignoring and failing to audit internal fraud and was fired and now this lady?

Totally agree. Lipstick on a pig. Box checking, that's all. More "Hey, look, give us credit, we're trying! (again and again and again...) They keep throwing money (new, supposed "silver bullet" positions w/high compensation) at the issue to make it LOOK like something is being done, when in actuality it isn't. And there is nothing in the title that suggests ferreting out people/bad actors. When will Wells take action in earnest?????

She will act as the cover up as she reports directly to Tim Sloan who hired her, when she should be appointed by and drectly reporting to a regulatory agency such as the OCC or FDIC.
