The AES survey is great... If action, change, and acountabilty came from it.
It's like an experiment from HO.
Will change actually happen? Bad Club Managers and/or assistant managers get displaced? No...
Maybe it's time we use the real open door policy which is local/federal labor laws, unions, or... Maybe reporting questionable work practicies to OSHA.

it is like Birthday and Christmas for me. I look forward to it but then nothing comes out of it. And now to be reminded that next years store raises will be based on mxvoices scores...

What’s the difference between jobs or positions being illiminated ? The position was a job ..... stupid comment
well, they won't have the PTC's all running around the clubs helping people give good comments.. better yet, they won't have the PTC's taking the survey for everyone.
Position / job the same outcome
No jobs were eliminated. Positions were. Bonuses were not reduced. No one was deceived. All jobs have uncertainty. 2% raise does s---. Maybe stop being a baby and s--- it up or just quit and find another job
