There are approximately 3,900 employees at the AT&T campus in El Segundo. 70 Layoffs are hardly noticeable.
"Please elaborate. What is EDD? Layoff 3 for SR?"
The WARN Report from the Employee Development Department (EDD) of the State of California shows that on 01/24/2019 AT&T notified EDD that on 03/29/2019 three employees at San Ramon would be given the status of "layoff permanent."
You’re not a very bright bulb, are you? Atlanta, I presume?
I see no mention of Atlanta.. you are the troll trying to make it an us them issue instead of accepting they are laying off everywhere they can.
Look, everyone! The Atlanta trolls are out in force again, desperately trying to convince themselves that they are truly a hub!
That is the only reason they give managers 60 days ...federal (WARN) and state specific laws make them...
"closing" seems a bit melodramatic for the headcount quoted
Since it’s filed as end of March - wouldn’t that be for the layoffs that were already done? End of January + 60 days...
Warner Media LLC in Burbank is listed as "Layoff unknown at this time".

EDD is employment development .department. Companies file a notice to inform of a pending layoff/closure. You can google EDD Warn and see all the companies in California that are closing or laying off.
