I've heard form two different people that next week might be when it all starts. Not sure where they got their info, though. Does anybody know if this is true?

Why don’t they just let everyone know? Why mess with peoples welfare? Just doesn’t make sense to not be upfront and honest!
Most groups will inform employees Jan 28. With 8 weeks on the payroll they will be off before March 31 to be eligible for the 2018 Pension Calculation for lump sum in those legacy companies it pertains to
I think some are already getting notices. I know of 1 org under R. Patel that got told already and are to be off books by 3/31.
