Seems to me that a CEO golden parachute exit would be contengent on a successful tenure, and not one leading the company to FAILURE. I'd say a clawback of benefit is in order in Randall's case

Apparently you don’t understand what a golden parachute is. It is exactly the opposite of what you think. It is what they get when they drive a company in the ground, as it’s crashing, they eject and are caught by the golden parachute.
