Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

I WFH & was watching CNBC interview with Donovan yesterday at CES

He makes my skin crawl, actually all of the att leadership are real turds, low life liars. i thought it was funny how cnbc commentators asked john about the att fake 5g launch and how VZ and TMUS were complaining it will confuse customers. John tries to pull off how att is just better and the response from the interviewers was hilarious...just looked at him stone-faced, not buying. these att leaders keep acting like they are solid, but people aren't buying the stock or the story. randy f'd up and we're all paying the price.

@gqw - I was also laid off last year with 19 years of service. I needed to get some pr-scrip-ions refilled and it turned out my blood pressure dropped to 120/88 which was down by quite a bit. I am not too sure if it was the job or the continued threat of being laid off that had it running high. In the process of applying for jobs and being a veteran I discovered that being diabetic makes me a disabled vet so I guess technically speaking T is laying off disabled veterans.

They got me last year! 11 years with AT&T. But I’m glad they laid me off! My blood pressure was 180/110! The pressure to make numbers was killing me! I had a team of 15. Now these managers are having 25-30 techs under them! SMH! Now my blood pressure is 120/76!

At least Randall has some charisma in public. Donovan might as well be someone's discarded first attempt at trying to make a caring grandfather robot.

Our leadership definitely s---s. Randy tried the Whitacre model which was total horse sh-- as well - over pay for past their prime companies and think that’s some kind of strategy. When it fails repeat the process.
