I have been hearing this a lot. How is it possible to get all your audits done and do day to day supervising. If this is true they should give us a raise.

You are assuming that everything will flow the same. There may be execution changes that you don’t know about.
Agree with you on that point. How are we gonna come close to competing with Costco when we don’t do features and they cut items just to eliminate shelves?
Last time I was I Costco they had plenty of shelves in all areas.
Our strong point was that we had more selection. Take that away and we are left with sc-aps

Lol. Anyone can do seasonal reset. Okay! I wouldn’t touch center lead with a 10 foot pole because of those nightmares. And no matter how you set it 3 different layers of management want it changed different after it’s set.
Audits alone will not be done on OYI anytime soon. You can’t even bin a pallet from a BYOD yet and with not counting pallets going in the steel it still takes a lengthy amount of time and dropping pallets to count things.

Seasonal resets every couple weeks? That alone is enough to justify center lead. Grocery will probably pick back up freezer cooler.
The only one that seems unnecessary now is Tech. Except that the 3rd party is worthless and never last more than 2 weeks and know nothing.

Pods are going away ! Isles are going to be extended.
Out center TL is miserable and always complains about all his responsibilities. My eval ahs due in October. He still hasnt done it. Hopefully this shakeup is beneficial
OYI will replace audits
Delegation and follow up to take care of the resets, endcap changes, etc.
The changes in grocery endcaps have really taken away the need for that TL and SmartCircle may increase their responsibility in Tech. All the Center TL would gain is perishable pod changes assuming that we still have pods, which Furner has openly said he wants to get rid of. Honestly, it's only a slight increase in responsibility.
