Bothell is primarily dominated by a bunch of over paid sh*t decision making c-words and poseurs that couldn't sell a walking cane to blind person. Try shopping on our website if you don't believe me. Shut the whole operation down.

Which do you think is easier to get rid of, an asset that is free and clear of obligations and can immediately be cleared off the books or one that is tied down by contracts for some while yet?
BOTHELL is one major data center for AT&T. All the building are owned. I doubt that BOTHELL will close anytime soon. More likely Redmond, WA building will close since they are all leased and they are easier to get rid off.
