There will be a RIF in Humana at Home this month. In fact people may be notified this week or next. So much for transparency around here. When they said we couldn’t discharge members or move them from our programs even if they died I knew this was going to happen. Hell, I knew it when we got in home people coming to tele for temporary help. Looks like the RIFs could happen on both sides.

They are phasing out LTIH.
SNP took 50 nurse FCMs from our in home side for what they said was temp help to fill those positions. But at this point looks like they are not coming back. And like the other poster said this RIF is happening for long term in home and transitions

Layoffs just announced in our weekly call. Cherri Greenfield came to our In-Home call for HAH and announced there will be a RIF in February. They won’t say who or how much but per her it is happening.
There are no layoffs. The meetings were about the care planning process

Well, no confidential meeting messages for today, so far.
HCCP had meetings for new care plan process. Training was 2 hours long . They will continue with meetings until process goes live later in the month.

Regarding SNP new HRA does Medicare require you to have a clinical background to complete this assessment with the members? The Refferal specialists are doing this shouldn’t the care managers or someone with a clinical background be asking these questions?

If you are concerned about what meetings your coach is in just look at their calendar in outlook. Not a mystery

Please let it be me! The SNP NEW HRA AND GENERAL ASSESSMENT IS A MESS. CAREPLANS ARE OUT OF CONTROL AND THE DOCUMENTATION IS BEYOND TIME CONSUMING And CONFUSING. THE TRAINING HAS BEEN HORRIBLE WITH NOBODY KNOEING ANSWERS TO ANY QUESTIONS! We were very ill prepared for this.
