If you are doing your training in the MIT program what happens when you finish if there is no place to send you. Do you go back to the original club at the same position before you started MIT.

Yes that is how it works. I did MIT 2 years ago. Came back to my club with the current position I was in and applied for management jobs. Back then, I also got a bump in pay, which they no longer do. We had one year to find a Manager position and if we didnt did not find one and wanted to be a coach still, you had to do MIT again.
Yes I agree. The person going to MIT training here already thinks they are above everyone and gals to the associates like they are trash.
Some of these MITs that train in our club think they're hot sh--. F--- them.
I hate the thought of having to work with him again. Sure hope they find a Manager spot for him.
once you have completed training you have a few months to find a management position. During the wait you are back at your old club in your old position. If after the allotted time you do not find a management position you have to retrain if you still want promoted...........I think that's how it works...
What if they leave your job open? I don’t think my manager is going to replace the position until later.
I think you get layed off.
