based on the comments that allude to high bonuses that quite a few appears to have got, i think the company is sending a signal to those that were given under 5% that the Management does not care for their services.
Happy with mine
In a corporate function, just done some good things for this company to get products to our valued customers, really all I can say.
14% seems beyond the realm of possibility at HPE unless you are a section manager or above or you invented something profound. Would you mind telling us which business group you are with? Are you a manager of an IC?
4.1% raise, 14% bonus. Happy...
For better anonymity, I will just mention the range ....
In the range 4.5 and 4.9
4%
10% PFR Bonus - Accelerating
Yeah 9% is a stunning number for HPE. We have not seen that sort of numbers since 2000/2001 time frame.
Still would be nice if the poster who said 9% bonus to confirm what his/her ranking is?
Sorry but I call false on the 9% raise. Only way this is possible is to leave HPE for a few years and then return with a higher starting salary. Even moving from one level to another, if your lucky, will not get 9%.
Don’t ya just LUUUVE the jingoistic-funky-trendy ranking-names? Accelerating or Driving, Stalled, etc.? Plain old A-B-C-D-F, school-style, just isn’t snazzy enough… Managers have to show themselves to be brainiac enough to handle weird terms! AND to be able to invent NEW weird terms every year!
…
So then hereby and hairby, I do declare and declaim and declam-glam that the 2019 ranklings might look something like this, in descending order:
…
Sycophantastic!
Semi-sycophantastic
Decent Hair Year
Plain Hair Year
Bad Hair Year
Truth-Mumbler
Speaker of Truth to Power
Question to the 9 percenter .... was you ranking Accelerating or Driving?
9%
Well last year there were no raises in IT, or at least that’s what they told me while saying I didn’t get one. The year before that it was 1% (with back to back accelerating) so I’m not expecting anything big this year. Previously, I could count on between 2-5% raises yearly. I think those days are over.
I heard on a call last week (I think Antonio said it) that everyone gets a bonus. How much, who knows.
I expect nothing cuz Pointnext is 3% behind the target, so let see tomorrow
