Will this job ever be eliminated??? Such a waste of payroll!! Offer their lazy a-- a severance package and be done with it please!!!!

I am HIGHLY offended by your lazy a-- comment. I am not or have never been lazy in this job! Have you ever worked this position? We have more responsibilities than you will ever know. Why is it no one can seen to complete Just the signs when I am off! Walk a day In my shoes and then we will talk! Remember when you speak ill of others, karma is a b--ch!!!!!
Like another post said, some clubs haven't had comp associate for years. Their signs part of the job was given to audit. So when audit was eliminated....
I don't know how it works in ither clubs, but I know how it works in ours. And WHO doesn't.
Any comp associate handing signs to any department instead of doing the signs themselves is just undeniably LAZY! And they know it so tell your CM. We used to have one now it’s just opening floor partners that do them. Some times they will sit until the after noon when a later shift comes in before being worked. I agree. Job is divided out already. Don’t need a dedicated comp shopper to hand them out instead of doing it. Save the pay roll!!

Wow, no need to be vicious. Yes, there "job" title is a joke but them as people are helpful. I agree, they need to illiminate this job, give it to the Teamleads whom had it originally. Like any positions function, it can be given to someone else. Its just a matter of when are they going to do it
You are a waste of payroll and breath. I know at my store we are very busy helping other areas of the club, after we complete all of our duties. Called teamwork, sorry if you are jealous or don't see it out of your shopper.
