Almost 19 years in and 50 years old. Was very surprised to be rejected. Was ready for a change.
Denied. 17.5 years in. Age 42.

What are the BS reasons given?
I was denied 10.5 years in HR recruiting.
I haven't heard yet. I'm expecting the offer email as Shankar told everyone on a call in no uncertain terms they don't need us. I was approached by my associate director that they wanted and needed me to stay, but not after that call from Shankar.
41 years old, 14 years of service and denied for complete BS reasons. Escalating. VZ gets nothing else from me.
Love the title of this— haven’t seen an email so I don’t know. But I’m realistic and am pretty sure of what to expect. Maybe I’ll be pleasantly surprised.
