Phone and broadband markets are saturated. It's not a growth story anymore. Now it's about turning cost cutting, efficiency, and making themselves look like the FAANGs (Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google) as much as possible. At the very least, they need to get their cost curve looking more like T-Mobile's, and that means firing everyone who makes more than T-Mobile employees and replacing them with people who make as much as T-Mobile employees over time. That's. . . everyone.
