Over 1,000 denied

Wow, I didn't see that coming. If 10,400 is 90 percent, that means there are over one thousand rejections. I truly feel for all the folks who were ready to move on and now their plans have been turned upside down once again.

Does anybody know what was the deciding factor in who got approved?

I know that there are places where the entire management team put in, from first levels up to 3rd. There's no way the company is going to approve all of those people leaving, or in some areas, even most of them. You can't hire people off the street with that kind of knowledge in the frame or engineering.

I know more rejects than accepts. So where's this 90% they speak of??? There was no reason for them to keep me. I am not critical to the business. But still denied!!!

seems like in my org... only people with 25+ years were accepted. I had just under 20 and was denied.

Why would they offer to departments and then reject the entire department. That is such a d--k tease. The whole of my department did get the package with different release dates.

@fej correct, the 10.400 includes the 2019 off payroll folks.

Yes and this likely does not include those being held into 2019 dates, only those people told NO.
