They are still going back and terminating District Managers FOUR YEARS after the sales scandal stopped in 2015 and over two years since the completion of the independent external investigation speaks volumes. They knew all along these crooked DM’s were unethical and were forcing team members by threat of termination if they didn’t comply with their game but they waited till now to fire them. It just shows the leadership intention was never to really fix the problem. It was all about fixing public perception just enough to get back to how things were. This thing is a sinking ship and all us peons are the ones who take the brunt of the punishment from errors made by our leadership.

I have come from the future to answer this riddle. Although the DMs may have been the fingers moving the strings. The Execs were the puppet masters. In other words DMs were just doing what they were trained to do and many were likely innocent in my opinion. How do I know this? I have come to learn there is usually hidden riddles and ulterior motives. In this case that concealed motive is to shed some long serving higher paid DMs without any severance benefits and bring in virgin blood that they can manipulate under the guise of a better Wells Fargo. These new sheep likely don’t know all the layers and tricks some older DMs may have known about. ; )
