5 figures. But the agreement said it would be paid within 30 days. Seemed reasonable but this bank can’t even execute on the simple stuff.
how much, approximately, is the settlement...are we talking a few thousand, or into the 6 figures? the larger the number, the slower to pay.
Is anyone having WF pay their settlement payment extremely sLow? I signed my legal agreement back In October where WF admitted to wrongful termination over the fake account scandal. The agreement required WF to pay the settlement within 30 days. We are beyond the time limit and I’m afraid wfc doesn’t have adequate funds to pay all the legal settlement services they’ve agreed to. Anyone else in this position?
They have already refunded millions for telemarketing fraud & class action lawsuits, & more news is coming very soon. Just google it.
