Definitely move on with your life. Hans is not going anywhere until Verizon is done with him and nothing is going to change at this company. The culture is horrible and our leaders deny this fact. The leaders of Verizon do not give any thought at all to this culture. Go find something that makes you happy.
People thinking their voice doesn’t matter is the problem. We need to shout from every form that we can! The only people wasting their time is people that say “let it go” yes once you get a new job you should move on, however sitting back is the worse!!!!
